Privacy notice

Controller

The controller is the service provider named in the imprint below. For any privacy question, use the email address given there.

What is collected

The public website has no customer brief form. Through a private 48-hour link created by KAEM, a customer may provide contact details, a poster brief, logos, and a brand guide for review; this does not start a Project, production, or payment.

• there is no public customer account or publicly available brief form; each private link can be used once;
• the hosting provider may process technical logs required to serve and secure the website;
• after you open an external Fiverr link, Fiverr's own privacy notice and terms apply.

The KAEM Designs public site uses no analytics and sets no marketing or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

• Serving and securing the website — basis: the provider's legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Data processing connected to a Fiverr order is governed by Fiverr and the contract formed through Fiverr.
• Reviewing a private intake and preparing the requested service — basis: steps before entering a contract and, for supplied materials, the customer's consent.

Showing your work as a portfolio entry or reference requires separate, explicit permission. The material confirmation on the form does not grant it.

• Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
• Private intake records and uploaded files: Cloudflare D1 and R2.
• External ordering platform: Fiverr International Ltd. Fiverr acts separately when it handles accounts, briefs, messages, payments, and order records.

Retention

Files supplied through a private intake link are retained for at most 30 days, or at most 15 days after Delivery is marked, whichever is earlier. Fiverr's policy controls retention for Fiverr orders; Hungarian law controls retention of the provider's accounting records.

Your rights

You may request access to the data held about you, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Use the email address in the imprint.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or before a court.

What is sold

This website currently presents four Fiverr offers. According to the live gigs, they include:

• Promotional Poster Package: three creative directions with one reroll each, two unique final posters, one requested size, one minor revision for each final poster, PNG and JPG files, plus PDF for print.
• Single Promotional Poster: three creative directions with one reroll each, one final poster, one requested size, one minor revision, PNG and JPG files, plus PDF for print.
• Social Media Package: three creative directions, five feed graphics, two Story adaptations, PNG and JPG files, and one complete final-set revision round.
• Social Pair: three creative directions, one 1080 × 1350 Feed graphic, one genuinely recomposed 1080 × 1920 Story adaptation, PNG and JPG files, and one complete-pair revision round.

Price

This website does not fix a Fiverr price. The relevant live Fiverr gig and checkout always control the final price, currency, availability, delivery time, revisions, taxes, and fees.

How an order works

KAEM Designs provides no order or payment form on this website. The gig buttons lead to Fiverr, where purchasing, requirements, messages, payment, and delivery take place under Fiverr's rules.

Rights of use

After full payment and delivery, you may freely use the final files for the purpose ordered. Internal material produced along the way — unselected directions, working files, quality records — remains with the provider. The provider will present the work as a reference only with your separate, explicit permission.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in a distance contract you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right does not apply to goods made to your individual specification (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c), implemented in Hungary by Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) § 29(1)(c)). Because every visual design is produced to your specific order, the right cannot be exercised once you have expressly asked production to begin.

Liability

The provider uses the copy, logo, and brand material you supply on the basis of your confirmation. You are responsible for being entitled to provide them and to authorise their use. The provider's liability is limited to the contract price, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies to the contract.
